[So amidst all of the insanity? The kraken attack and the craziness? There is Minato making an oh-so necessary broadcast. He seems to be leaning against the side of a building, but despite the crashing of what must be tentacles and the panicked atmosphere, he looks pretty calm. Is that blood on his temple...? Oh maybe. And he might be holding his torso, but details.

Crash. He blinks, glancing up for a moment, before shaking his head slightly.]

It seems like the kraken's tentacles completely surround the bubble. If you're looking for a safe place to go, the caverns beneath the church's ruins should be safe from the tentacles. At the very least, the people who can't fight and the injured can go there.

[A breath--is that a wince? Nah, can't be.]

[That's what they're for, right? Another flash of a wince and he sets up a filter.

[A breath out and he looks around.]

[After he retrieves his SFC, he peers into it, pale and breathing a little ragged.]

[Don't panic, Ken, don't panic. He retrieves his SFC a few moments later, breathing a little rough but otherwise appearing well enough.]

[Sorry about that one, Amane. A few moments later he retrieves the SFC, so at least you're not in suspense for long.]

[A momentary wince before he steadies himself.]

[Looks like Yukari did find him! Aww yeah winning a prize. He's pressed against a wall for support, having been making his way back to the dorm when one of those nasty tentacles caught him entirely off-guard. Whoops.

But he blinks, tucking the SFC away calmly enough at the sight of a familiar face.]

I'm fine! You're not. Where are you?

[Don't worry, Renton. It only takes him a few moments to retrieve that SFC and return the call.]

Renton-kun. I'm fine. It's good to see you safe.

[Needless to say, he's surprised to see this call.

[He breathes out a little unsteadily and shakes his head.]

[Don't worry, he's not dead yet. He returns the call quickly enough, blinking at the new face.]
