Music, I guess? I was in the music club back at school, and I really enjoy it... I don't know if it can be considered a hobby, but that's what I like the most.

What's your favorite part of your club, Inaba-san?

Being able to hang out with my friends, I guess.

[ She surprisingly does have them, in spite of how she acts. ] We kind of don't do anything besides just honestly fuck around or work on articles, though.

I feel like that's at least part of what high school is all about.

Yeah, I do... I guess for me, it was really nice to be able to settle into school and make friends.

[... It seems only fair to explain himself a little, so he shrugs, and quietly:]

I moved around a lot growing up, so this past year has really been the first time that's happened.

[So...maybe that's why it's so important to him.]

Moving around, huh... I guess I don't really have that sort of experience myself, since I was born and raised in Yokohama.

[He taps his chin idly.]

Yeah, I do. It's not a bad place.

Let's see, other questions... What's your favorite kind of food?

I guess it is?

[ Inaba does shrug her shoulders a little. ] I'm not too terribly picky, although I try to keep a diet... I do like curry in particular, I guess? What about you?

Curry's pretty delicious...there's not a lot of it in Iwatodai, which is a shame.

I like... pretty much anything too.

[Food is amazing.]

But I guess takoyaki and ramen are familiar comfort foods for me.

Yeah, it is. I can't have it all the time, because then I'd probably start gaining...

[ And she'd honestly, really, rather would not have to deal with that on top of everything else. ]

Takoyaki and ramen, huh. That's pretty nice.

But yeah, I guess it's just the food I'm really familiar with. I used to get takoyaki after school, because there was a stand right there by the strip mall.

[ Inaba cares about her figure enough and she doesn't even do much exercise, due to being someone who heavily leans on indoor activities. ]

Familiarity isn't a bad thing, though. It just means that it's routine, I guess? Actually speaking of... what was the place you lived in- you said Port Island, right? What's it like there?

Yeah, Port Island.

[Hmm...]

It's... nice there. I know that doesn't really say much, but... [Hmm.] It's a city, but smaller than Tokyo, so it feels a little bit homier. I ended up moving there for school, but I'm glad I did. It feels very much like home now.

[dereban]

So it's probably smaller than back home, too. But what kind of places are there? Like is there anywhere fun to go to? Like if I were to visit, for example.

Yeah, of course.

[He perks up a bit despite his general deadpan expression.]

I like going to the strip mall, or Paulownia mall too. There are some good restaurants, but also a great club and arcade--and a karaoke place that I like to go to.

It'd be fun to show those things to you.

Are you good at singing?

I'm...pretty okay at it, I guess?

I enjoy it a lot, though. It's fun to go singing with your friends.
