[Video] 001 ☽

[At first, when your SFC clicks on, all that can be seen is blue--the blue of the ocean above the barrier. The video seems to be...rocking back and forth, slowly, and the gentle slap slap slap of what might be...small waves...? against something can be heard.

A long pause.

Then the video shifts and changes before settling on a young man who seems to be...lying down, holding the SFC up, peering at it.

A red light...?]

...It's recording...?

[A puzzled (and slightly soggy) blink, and he begins to sit up.]

Why am I on a boat--

[Too late. His sitting up tilts the small boat off balance.

Tilting--

[Staring at the water now. Guess who doesn't know how to swim?]

[...well, alright then. He'll just paddle himself to be closer to Pharos, still holding onto the boat.]

[And he slips into the water, quickly grabbing onto Minato and clinging to him as they make their way to shore.]

We better hurry before nightfall.

He doesn't say anything as he makes his way to shore, doing his best to keep both of their heads above the water until he is able to stand on the bottom of the lake.

Aaand slogging his way up to shore, Pharos still on his back, before he crouches to allow Pharos to get off.]

...Is something going to happen?

The dead in this city...

[An almost... worried look as he rings out the edge of his shirt before looking back at Minato.]

Something is hurting them.

[Right. Another problem needing to be solved.]

Perhaps one of the natives of this place will be able to tell us more.

[For now he'll stick his hands in wet pockets and, slouching, begin to walk. Coming, Pharos?]

[And following closely behind Minato. He's actually pretty curious and slightly scared about this whole thing. How could someone pull him from his world? And other people can see him! This is all weird and scary but Minato is here now so he feels more... grounded than before.]

[It's pretty interesting, and he's trying to learn as much about it as he can, even as he walks. When he stumbles across a clothing store of sorts, he goes to see if he can bargain with the shop clerk to get them both some dry clothes...only to be told they're all free to the 'foreigners'.

...alright well. He turns to Pharos.]

Why don't you find something dry to wear?

[He is! Really! Despite the fact that he's uh, barefoot. He kind of lost his sandals somewhere along the line.]

You should get dry, you wouldn't want to catch a cold.

You could catch a cold as well. Even if only temporarily, you should find something else to wear.

He reaches for a towel and offers it to Pharos.]

And when he is done toweling him off the best he can, he riffles ruffles through the clothing, finding a coat that seems about the right size okay maybe slightly too large. Offering it--]

[Taking the coat, putting it on and keeping the towel over his head.]

[He nods, and not wanting to get sick himself, picks out some plain but comfortable clothes that he can change into.

A few moments later, he steps out of the dressing room much dryer.

And a look at Pharos.]

It looks like Akihiko-senpai's name is on this list, and--

[...Someone named Minako Arisato. He isn't sure--

...It'd be an uncanny coincidence.]

Possibly. I am not sure as I'm usually with you.
