A sigh and for once his hands leave his pockets, clasped together as he leans forward, propping his elbows on his thighs.]

[He leans against Minato's chest, clenching his fists into the other's shirt. His breath is short, and he doesn't want to let go. If he lets go, Minato might disappear...]

[And so he doesn't let go. He hold him, not too tightly, not loosely. He just holds him, quietly, eyes closed.]

Ken...I'm not going to leave you.

[...Not again. He can't. He shouldn't have left them the first time.]

I'll... I'll change things. I'll find a way to keep you with us. You can't... you won't... I won't lose someone again.

[Just when he had come to see someone else as family... he can't bear to go through that again. He won't bury another family member.]

[He's focusing on keeping his breathing calm, his expression as quiet as he can...as painful as this is.

so he lets Ken leave, watching him go, before sitting on the couch with a sigh. His shoulders slump, and he slowly tucks his hands into his pockets.
